TheAmpify ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through theampify.com, how we use it, and your choices. We handle personal information in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

• Information you give us: when you submit our contact form we collect your name, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in, and any details you share about your business goals.
• Information collected automatically: like most websites, we use cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors use the site and to measure our advertising. This can include your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and the website that referred you.

How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiry and provide a consultation or proposal.
• To provide and manage our services if you become a client.
• To analyse and improve our website.
• To measure and improve our own advertising, including showing ads to people who have visited our site.

We do not sell your personal information.

Analytics and advertising tools

We use Google Tag Manager to manage the following tools, which may set cookies and collect usage information on our behalf: Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tracking and remarketing, and the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram). These providers process data under their own privacy policies. You can limit ad personalization through your Google ad settings and your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Service providers

We use trusted third-party providers to host this website and to process contact form submissions (Formspree). To pre-select your country code in the contact form, your browser asks a location lookup service (GeoJS, or ipapi as a backup) which country your IP address is in; we do not store that result. They may store information on servers outside Canada, including in the United States, and are only permitted to use it to provide services to us.

How long we keep information

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and for our reasonable business records, and client information for as long as required by law or our contract with you.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to further contact, by emailing us at theampify@gmail.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
